Restaurant manager Jeffrey was such a great host, making sure that we had a great experience. Daniel, on the Kitchen Staff even helped with flowers! Highly, highly recommend Catch Steak Aspen. You will not be disappointed.

Taylor is more than an adequate bartender shaking anything up that you may be thirsty for :) Emma’s attention to detail when dining in, is impeccable. Another go to for me is the truffle butter fillet, it will not disappoint. So if you’re in Aspen and you “catch” yourself craving either something from the land or the sea this is the place!
