  This restaurant is only open for three hrs and needs reservations and doesn’t pick up any phone calls even though there are people there AVAILABLE and immediately will hang up the phone multiple times. I dropped and lost a several hundred dollar pair of gloves there and went to go back and get them but the hostesses and servers did not let us go look for them even though we left moments after and when they offered to go look for us, there was nothing and it was probably stolen. The patrons around us were extremely loud and obnoxious saying racist and obscene topics. It was my friends birthday as well and they didn’t not even do anything to acknowledge it was a tiny special event to celebrate. Expensive food, terrible environment and save your money and go to a local steakhouse instead.

  We had a very disappointing dinner at Aspen Catch. We ordered the porterhouse steak, shrimp cocktail, and some rolls. The shrimp cocktail and rolls were fine, but the porterhouse was extremely underwhelming and far from the quality you would expect for the price they charge. If a restaurant is going to offer a porterhouse at that price point, the quality needs to match. Unfortunately, the steak was simply not good. It felt like we paid premium steakhouse pricing for something that clearly wasn’t premium. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. My recommendation would be simple: if the restaurant can’t serve a high-quality steak, it shouldn’t be on the menu.

  We were a party of 6 and had a good experience. Our server was a bit lost with our table during service. He wasn't around much and came to offer dessert before we hadn't even had out mains yet. Only then he went to kitchen to check and had our mains delivered. At the end he also said the desserts were small, so to order 2 for sharing but the chocolate cake was enormous. Food was great overall. I had the 10oz Chili Rubbed Grass Fed NY Strip and was amazing. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere but a little bit loud. I appreciated very much that the restaurant did not add automatically the TIP to the bill and let the customers decide. This makes me want to come back. Overall, we had a good experience and will want to come back.
