Horrible food! Ordered a Dave's single and a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive through. The hamburger was slathered in so much mayo, my fingers were covered in it, and it was the only thing you could taste. The "new and improved" spicy chicken sandwich was even worse. I bit into the chicken and it was rubbery and chewy. Terrible. I ended up throwing it away. Not sure what has happened to the quality of food at Wendy's, but it has gone to crap. I noticed the last few times I have eaten at Wendy's that it just doesn't taste like it did back in the day, but what I experienced last night was a new low, and totally unacceptable. I won't be coming back. Complete garbage.

I went in recently. I saw 3 rats run across the floor. The staff were rude and the customer service was absolutely garbage. Never going there again.

Ordered a Dave Single.
Got home and soon as I grabbed the burger it was warm but not hot or fresh. After unwrapping I find cheese galore. Okay not my thing I'll just pick off 2-3 extra slices of cheese from the top and bottom of the burger. To see the melted cheese that's not fresh compared the the cheese slices covering this melted (old)slice. Burger was dry. Got a drink, that was refreshing on the plus side.

Nevaeh did an excellent job of customer service for me on 3/27/26. I stopped by to eat at this Wendy's restaurant at 12:18 PM that early afternoon. Nevaeh and the staff made it a very worthwhile dine-in experience for me. I hope the restaurant continues to do a great job for customers, on a daily basis. Many thanks to Wendy's employee staff.

First off, I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes with only two other cars ahead of me. There was absolutely no reason for it to take that long. I tried to be patient, but after sitting there forever with no communication, the only thing I got from an employee was a hand sticking out the window with a finger motion telling me to “wait one minute.” No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just a rude gesture like customers are an inconvenience.
After waiting long enough, I finally went inside the store because at that point it was ridiculous. When I got in there, it became obvious why the drive-through was taking forever. The staff had zero sense of urgency. Nobody seemed to care that customers had been sitting outside for 20 minutes. They were casually moving around like it was a slow Sunday afternoon with no customers waiting.
To make it worse, when they finally started giving us our order, they handed it out one single item at a time, dragging the process out even longer while giving us irritated looks like we were the problem. The food itself was embarrassing. The sandwiches were so small they were literally about the size of the palm of my 6-year-old’s hand, and on top of that, they were cold.
And of course, after all that waiting and attitude, they still managed to mess up the drinks.
So to recap: 20 minute wait with barely any cars, rude communication, staff moving with zero urgency, cold food, tiny sandwiches, and the wrong drinks. If this is the level of service and quality you can expect here, you’re honestly better off going anywhere else.
Extremely disappointing experience, and definitely not somewhere I’d recommend.
Let me not forget to add the restaurant was completely empty.
