Clean, willing to fix any mistakes, do not force you to enter your own order, do not skimp on ingredients, have pubic bathrooms, and employees seem relatively happy; better than 64th & Sheridan and massivly better than Flat Irons(avoid).

Somehow, I’m not even shocked or surprised by this location and their poor service and attention to detail. I feel bad for their employees who are being led by such poor management that they can’t offer continuing training and support their staff
