  They were out of half of thier ingredients. I ordered through the app and ordered a Philly and a sandwich with roast beef. I get there and the worker tells me she can not complete my order bc they are out of Roast beef, Philly steak, lettuce, mayo, olives, pickles and only had one type of cheese. Why not inform the customer before the order pick up so they dont waste thier time or better yet turn the items off for online orders. There was only one poor girl working that I saw and she had to explain to every person that walked in that half of thier ingredients were unavailable.

  I've never left a 1 star review anywhere but this place deserves 0 stars. I'm a really patient person I understand sometimes things don't go right but when you wait a half hour in the store after your online order should have been ready only to hear them bickering about breaks when it looks like none of them have been working anyway it makes you leave a review. I guess I'm not the only one seeing the other reviews on here.

  If I could leave a lower review I would. I’ve given this subway two chances now and the experience is consistent. Both times I came in a few weeks apart. Both times missing flat bread, peppers, lettuce, and cookies. What really got under my skin though was the manager came in and told me she was out of bread and instead of doing anything just smiles and leaves. I

  Terrible service. How to you only have 2 meat selections avaliable no lettuce no green peppers no guacamole no flat bread no chips avaliable and no apologies just bad costumer service!!!! close it down if u cant stock it properly!!!!! Terrible!! Nvr going back!! To be honest most locations suck!!!

  An older gal ahead of us decided to throw her sandwich at the sweet employee because she was in a hurry and the system wasn't taking her coupon. Its sad that someone felt the need to take their frustrations out on someone who did everything she could to help her. Even after the food was thrown at her, Zai kept her award winning smile on her face and told her to have a good day. Our online order was ready on time and made fresh and correct! Zai needs a raise!! Shes absolutely amazing!!
