I wish there was another location closer to where I live because my kids love Papa John's Pizza. After being told to wait (which was over 10 minutes) I was asked my name for my online order (which I had placed 15 minutes before walking in,) most of the oprder had been sitting under the lamp the entire time. 5 semi warm pizzas and 2 orders of dried out wings. This location used to be a lot better, hopefully I will get to modify my review, but I won't be back for a few months, or at all.

I should absolutely get the choice or at the very least have the right to know that I will be directed to a third party company and which company that is, BEFORE it happens. Shame on you guys.
