  Very disappointing experience. I showed a photo and clearly asked for 10 items, but the order was completely wrong. It feels like the staff doesn’t pay attention or care about getting things right. Poor service and zero attention to detail.

  Took over 20 min for a Diet Coke. Then was told that they lost my receipt. Lady delivering was nice though.

  Es personal que atiende ese establecimiento bien mal educado llegue a pedir mi comida para comer allá pero como ya iban hacer las 9 me corrieron me pidieron sin más ni más que me fuera porque ya iban hacer las 9 y ellos debían cerrar

  Waited over 30mins for my drive thru order cause the manager (Anna) claimed someone stole it. Didn’t offer anything for the wait, she had an attitude about the whole situation. I feel sorry for the clueless new hire and cooks who were falling behind because of the situation. Poorly managed.

  And the DoorDash driver and I had to wait 20 minutes past the intended pick up time for my order to be ready, the drive-through was not backed up. There was nobody in the lobby. The employees were walking around playing basketball with receipts and not being clear about what was actually holding up the order. In this job time really is money and the more time I have to wait for your employees to get it together and handover my customers order the less money that I make overall throughout the night and also decreases the quality of the experience had by the customer ordering from your restaurant. 20 minute wait times is absolutely unacceptable when you’re able to have drive-through times so short. Please tell your team to prioritize delivery orders a little bit more
