After I did so, the machine supposedly failed to register my order; I waited 20 minutes, only for him to finally tell me that I had to order it through the machine all over again. There were four people at the counter, and not one of them served me.

I waited about 10 minutes for my order, and when it finally arrived, they didn’t even include napkins, even though I ordered a burger that is obviously eaten by hand. On top of that, they didn’t have any lemon for my tea, which is the main reason I order tea in the first place. The worst part was the apple pie. It was so dry it felt like eating a cracker, and the filling inside was so dried out it was like chewing old gum stuck under a table. It also had no sticker showing when it was made or reheated, which makes me seriously suspect they served me an old product. I came here expecting a decent dinner, but the food, the service, and the overall attention to basic details were terrible. This place completely ruined my evening, and I’m honestly very disappointed with both the staff and the quality of the food.
