I should have just eaten at home in the first place. I placed a mobile order to pick up food quickly instead of cooking at home. They were out of Frosties (something I would think they could check once the order appeared). Rather than waiting to make the rest of my order, it sat for 20 minutes or so while I waited. Apparently, it takes longer than 20 minutes for a Frosty to be firm because the one placed in the same bag as the food was not frozen at all. When I got home and opened the bag, I found an empty Frosty cup. Needless to say, everything in the bag was ruined, and I ended up cooking at home anyway. There is no option to request a refund on the Wendy's app, $30 wasted.

Driver through lady with bun was rude . I had asked to make sure cheese was added she said HUH!!! So I repeated the question and she read back everything irritated I asked for ketchup only have 4 packs who eats food with only four also told her thank you and she ignored me . I won’t be back to that location. Chicken patty which really isn’t a chicken patty it was loaded with lettuce to look big the chicken was so dry and hard I couldn’t eat it 😡. And I also feel like I didn’t get the right change back plus the girl didn’t give a a receipt my meal 10 something gave a 20 only got 6$ back the soda didn’t taste like Coke worst lunch iv had

Sabrina was Rude for a Manager. I called the double bacon $8 dollar meal the wrong name. And in front of me as rude as can be she says "well that's a far cry from what he ordered" and slammed the window in my face as I was trying to apologize. learn some decorum. You're supposed to be a leader and you treat hard working people trying to enjoy your food and you treat em like that. No wonder is tougher for servers in fast food. Look who coaches them. Then you didn't have the stones to bring me my order a explain to me what the meal is called. I truly hope the franchisee reads this. You're a terrible person not just a manager.
