They were out of Frosties (something I would think they could check once the order appeared). Rather than waiting to make the rest of my order, it sat for 20 minutes or so while I waited. Apparently, it takes longer than 20 minutes for a Frosty to be firm because the one placed in the same bag as the food was not frozen at all. When I got home and opened the bag, I found an empty Frosty cup. Needless to say, everything in the bag was ruined, and I ended up cooking at home anyway. There is no option to request a refund on the Wendy's app, $30 wasted.
