Got all the way home and started eating the puny little burrito I received and realized it was a bean burrito. I stopped eating at several years ago because prices are ridiculous and always on lay have about a 50% chance you will get my order right. I called in too the store on 888th and Wadsworth. They told me I could come right back in and get a replacement. Unacceptable. !!!!!! I worked all day and am tired . I see your service has not changed. I will not be returning so your money grabbing Corp. Can steal my money. I also hope you are one of the businesses that fails in this rough economy. All you offer is high prices , poor service and substandard food.

When I called to get a refund, they agreed and told me to come in as long as I didn’t post a bad review. We go in, then they only refund me $25. Said supervisor didn’t approve. We originally paid in cash but they insisted we get our refund on a card due to not wanting to be short on register. The manager doesn’t even know English had one of his employees translate. It was a horrible experience and I’ll make sure none of the people I know go to this nasty place!
- RCRowan CannonJan 21, 20261.0My girlfriend and I have been coming to this taco bell since we both started working late nights. so far, we've had great experiences, up until last night (1-20-2026), at around midnight-12:15AM, my girlfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered our meals. the woman who took our order, handled payment and handed us our food continously called my girlfriend "sir", emphasizing it on the final "have a good night, SIR". whoever hired that woman needs to teach her a lesson on customer service and how to approach customers
