- DEDanielle EberhardtSep 6, 20251.0We ordered three sandwiches from [store location], and when we opened them at home, the vegetables (cucumbers and purple onions) were cut so huge they were literally larger than a car key — over an inch thick. The sandwiches looked terrible, and the veggies were completely inedible. Not only is this bad quality, but it’s also a serious safety risk. Biting into something that thick could chip a tooth or even cause choking. When I called the store, the manager admitted they knew about the problem. She said they’re hand-cutting vegetables because their district manager hasn’t given them a new slicer. So instead of fixing the issue, they’re still serving unsafe food. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve safe, properly prepared food — not something that could hurt them. The manager also blamed on her district manager- for not providing a new slicer. Anyone with a health card or common sense would slice thinner .
