  Food was made right. I ordered online only to wait over 40 minutes for my things, meanwhile two employees were bickering back and forth the whole time. An overall bad experience.

  Terrible customer service. Employees completely ignored us. We stood there looking at them and they just ignored us. Not clean, we just left!!

  Just walked out of this place feeling completely disrespected my friend and i were completely ignored while they were taking their time talking to the customers in front of us and when it was my turn to order we were disregarded and the employee with blue hair continued to assemble a giant online order first before even acknowledging we were there. It took them about 7 minutes and me walking out of the store for them to finally ask us if we needed anything when at that point we were the only ones in the restaurant very very poor customer service and feel targeted because of my ethnicity. Fix this it’s subway no one needs to act mightier than thou like come on

  The gentleman that was working the front counter was very rude if you don't like your job then don't be there especially when it comes to customer service he was complaining about everything there was no food in the bin and they didn't want to open no more worst experience I ever had

  I usually don’t order from this Subway and I won’t be ordering here again in the future. I placed a pick up order and called and spoke to someone and asked them when they cut the sandwiches to wrap them individually, my sandwich didn’t even get cut. On top of not getting cut there were no sauces on my TUNA sandwich as in the order, and 1/4 of my sandwich was nothing but bread. I called several times to the store to speak to someone but no one will pick up the phone. I’m very disappointed in how awful they made our sandwiches, and being alone is no excuse for not giving people what they pay for. Think I’m going to start getting my sandwiches from Jimmy John’s or another sandwich place, don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it and doesn’t seem like the franchise owner doesn’t care to answer the phone to talk to their customers.
