- EAE ADec 1, 20251.012/01/25 I order delivery from this location on a weekly basis and have never had a problem, but all it takes is one negative experience to convince me not to return. When my order tracker says “delivered” and my order is not at my door, I shouldn’t have to walk around my complex in freezing temperatures to attempt to find my food. The address and apartment number are right on my order. This is not difficult. When I call the store to attempt to have someone contact the driver, hearing that “the driver must be in the bathroom, because he’s unreachable at the moment” is not only frustrating, but sketchy as well. Being told that “this happens with no contact orders” is unhelpful. I have my own reasons for requesting no-contact orders and felt like I was being criticized for choosing that option, basically told that it was my fault my food never showed up. In the past, the charge would have been waived and my order redelivered with top priority. Instead I was offered either a redelivery with a wait time of 55 minutes OR a refund. This is unacceptable, in my opinion. I work night shift, my stove is being replaced and I just needed a quick convenient dinner that I could eat tonight before work. At the very least, the delivery charge should be credited and the tip redirected to the DoorDash driver who is fixing the screw up. Needless to say, I will be ordering my weekly pizzas elsewhere from now on.

I ordered for the whole family, I got honey chipotle boneless wings which were under sauced, I got cheese sticks that were cut like a pizza instead of cheese sticks and only enough dipping sauce for two sticks, breadsticks were one of the only things I truly enjoyed and even those didn’t come with enough sauce. The pizzas I got was cheese extra cheese and a pineapple one, both of them were cold and the dough was chewy and not fluffy like I’ve always remembered it being. I live 1 mile away got my order within 30 minutes of ordering however every single item was cold and not up to satisfaction at all. Very disappointed in this location and just overall experience.
