  This usually a pleasant experience. My go-to for quick meals for both me and my son. However, large groups of loud, obnoxious, obscene teenagers sit right next to you, it ruins the entire visit. Your staff should put a chill on this behavior. Hopefully weekends will be better

  Every order is missing items. Sometimes it’s only missing a sauce or side, other times it’s entire sandwiches, etc. The manager will not take responsibility. It does not matter if the order is placed in person, in the drive-thru, or via the app. It does not matter if the order is received by delivery, curbside, or drive-thru. Always missing items. Don’t bother reporting thru the website when they send you a link to submit feedback. Management will blame others for the issue, specifically DoorDash. It does not make sense to blame the driver for missing items when the driver does not pack the orders. This morning I placed a delivery order thru the McDonald’s app. Three separate drivers accepted the order & then declined due to waiting over an hour. I eventually received notification that McDonald’s cancelled the order & essentially blamed the drivers. Nothing is ever resolved & the poor service & lack of attention to detail continues. It’s absolutely worth it to go out of your way to another location. This place needs to be shut down.

  The team at this McDonald’s in Arvada is absolutely wonderful! Every visit feels welcoming and kind. Violet, Jessica, and the whole management crew go above and beyond with their smiles, service, and care. The food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. Thank you all for making this McDonald’s a bright spot in my day! 🌟

  Service is awful. Food is incorrect on every visit and requires visiting the slow moving counter to get corrected food. Ketchup is not available for the general public, so you have to go to the counter to request it. No drink fountains available either. If you want a refill, go wait in line at the slow counter. Our latest visit had two incorrect food items, hair in the fries and an absolutely disgusting, trash-covered table that the staff did not clean. Skip this place.

  I've lived in Arvada for a few years, so this has become a regular spot to grab a quick, cheap meal. The people are nice and the food is always fresh. On the rare instances when I've had an issue, they cleared it up immediately. Today, I came in the evening during a rush and there were visibly a dozen+ orders in their queue. Despite the busy conditions, workers were getting orders out fast and doing their best. This jerk in front of me demanded to see a manager because he was mad about the wait. The only thing he accomplished was berating a friendly service employee that had nothing to do with the long wait times. Completely rude and unwarranted behavior. I don't know what it is about fast food chains that brings the Karen energy out of some people – but after my experience today and reading all of the cranky one star reviews, I wanted to give my two cents as a regular here. This place is genuinely great. (And IMO, anyone willing to be mean to service workers isn't someone who's opinion you should value in the first place. 🤷 You can express your issues without being rude – it's called being an adult and composing yourself.)
