They get the order wrong most of the time. Even during slow hours, it still takes forever to receive your order. This location needs new ownership, and a complete culture overhaul.

I customized my burgers and they did NOT do that. I was lucky enough to get the piece of paper on the outside of my burger saying that it was though. I then ending up having to wait an additional 6 minutes at the counter waiting for my order after putting it in 10 minutes earlier. It was good to see that UBER orders went out before mine, and I came to pick my own order up. Customer service needs serious help at this location. Constant cleaning of the the tables would be appreciated. I had to sit at a dirty table to try to eat my food.

My burger was missing all the add ons so I had to send it back. When I leave I will have been here for 45 min… stay away from here.

This location always takes forever - I usually place my order before I leave my house (I live about 7 minutes away), then when I get there I still end up having to wait 10 minutes or more in the lobby for my order. I come here a lot and it happens literally every time.
