No tuna on my tuna sandwich, I tell them to knock so I can give cash tip and know that my sandwich arrived, they never knock. And when I call to tell them the sandwich is bad they tell me it wasn’t their location and didn’t believe me until I gave them profit via my order number. Terrible customer service with the worst sandwiches in town! Thanks JJ team you guys really know how to do it :)
