    Terrible experience ordered my sandwich online through the app around 617pm got pushed to a 3rd party delivery driver since there wasn't any available drivers almost near 7pm said my food was delivered and I checked outside didnt see my food so I called the store and guy claimed he pressed the wrong button that they'll have to dispatch out another sub so I patiently waited till near 730 called again just for the girl in the store to tell me that its in route he should be there shortly waited another 10 mins for another guy to call me out to tell me if I've received my sandwich that I should of got it by 630 so I told him just cancel the order and give me my refund and accidentally hanged from being frustrated so I got in my own car to go make sure they give me my refund just so I get there and get told "oh well we can remake it" didnt offer me discount or offer anything else for there mistake older gentleman was very apologetic but the manager didnt seem to care and just wanted to make the sub and get me out the way disappointing because jimmy John's my go to for subs and this place just gave me a poor experience with a 2hr wait and no refund or discount
