  Today the lady not sure if she’s the manger but she was bossing the other workers around in such a mean way. She was first taking orders then got frustrated and started to make the bagels but she was throwing deli meat and bagels in the trash, she missed the trash and a bagel slid to the customers area. My tasty turkey sandwich wasn’t made correctly neither was my coffee.

  every single time I come into this location it’s always something wrong with my order. It’s either the wrong meat or it’s the wrong kind of egg or the wrong sandwich in general first couple times understandable but it’s becoming a consistent thing to where I don’t wanna eat At Einstein anymore, which sucks because I actually do enjoy their food but not when it takes 30 minutes just to get my order right every single day very unfortunate especially for a location that has such high foot traffic

  Showed up at 1:42pm on 12/24 and the door was locked, regardless of the holiday hour sign they had up that stated they’d be open until 2.

  Management must have recently changed because today was rough. One employee seemed to be doing everything and when she finally got the other employee out, that employee seemed confused and unorganized. This second employee had a nametag that had "GM" written after her name. She rang up my order and I said I wanted the spinach Florentine bagel twice, but my order still came out incorrect. She was the same person who then asked how she could help me when I was back in line. I told her my order was wrong. She started to work on it, got distracted by something and walked to the back. She came back out and asked me what my order was again. She seemed to get distracted again and asked for my order a third time before the first employee told her my order and where to find the ingredients. I did finally receive my (correct) order and it was covered in bacon grease. I also saw both employees use the same gloves to make food, move a dirty water bucket out of the way, carry supplies from the back to the front (metal bins of food), and ring at the register. Food safety doesn't seem to be a priority here. This location has severely gone down in services being provided. I hope the 2nd employee with "GM" On her nametag isn't actually the general manager here, but most likely is. Shame, the food offered by Einstein is typically worth it, but I won't be coming back to this location.
