- JAJoseph Ashe2 days ago1.0Came in for breakfast and bagels were small I mean unnecessarily small not normal sized, called to advise that we had small amounts of food. We had a dragonfruit drink two bagels and two hashbrowns. Paid $30 dollars to have not even a decent size breakfast. Called the store and spoke to someone and they had attitude the whole time denied the fact that it was small without seeing it and argued with me. I have been to plenty of Einstein bagels and never have I gotten such horrible service!

As I’m standing here there are two people working and twelve waiting for food. I’ve been here 25 minutes for two simple bagels. These employees are kind and patient, but management and ownership has done an awful job ensuring this store is properly staffed to meet demand. Einstein’s leadership - you need to do better.

I've travel to this area twice a month for work since October and this morning is the fourth time I've tried to go only to find them not open. Luckily Starbucks is next door but it would be nice to have a location that's actually reliable.

I don't know if they accidentally used black tea or what. But it didn't taste like coffee. It tasted like slightly sweetened battery acid in my mouth.
