I’ve worked in customer service for years so I swear I’m not being harsh and know somewhat of what I’m talking about. Every time I’ve come here i think I’ve either been given the wrong drink, it always tastes like the same americano or whatever no matter how many different drinks I’ve tried or I’ve experienced terrible customer service. When there’s more than 3 cars in the line they take over 20 minutes.

To my surprise its turned 1 car into a 10 minute wait. Signed turned from the car infront of me having a big order turned into a friend of both people work stopping for a visit and chat. I didn't get names, but sure managers can figure out who we're the only 2 people on shift this night. Started in line like normal a girl outside doing what looked like taking orders, after a couple minutes the first car pulls away and the girl heads inside. Expecting her to come back out and take my order. I see her in the window talking again to her friend In a red sedan. Keeps looking back at me noticing my frustrated face and chooses to still not stop her conversation. As the workers switch the guy starts talking to guest in the car and still waiting for them to hand him the drink, to instead see the tablet FINALLY come out for payment. The whole 10 minutes of talking neither of them took a damn order. Once that car leave yep under 3 minutes order paid and gone. This would not be an issues, but stopped her to get a surprise for my wife, and ended up making her late and getting yelled at because this pushed me past late by 15 minutes. Thank you for the dog house night crew..

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
