Update—. charges/authorizations still holding. They owe me roughly $22 and offered to refund $13. The maniac that called me today (February 25) said he could refund the card i used not the card they are holding charges on. Would not let me talk. Would not find a solution. WORST manager ever.

i was going to just let this ride until the “gm” who talks like a condescending spoiled 12 year old refused to listen to my issue. i’ve tried to call three days in a row to resolve an issue. i purchased a pizza and gave specific instructions that i said no garlic on the crust and put that button as no garlic oil and garlic on the crust please. it was clearly marked in bold in the receipt when i picked it up. it said 17’minites till the pizza would be done so i waited and when i went to pick it up they shared that OOPS we added garlic and do i want it remade for free. they could have messaged me, called me or redone the pizza. instead they invited me to wait another twenty minutes if i wanted the pizza redone for FREE. omg. i
paid for the pizza and filled out the ingredients in the app. i said no i will take the pizza as it is late and you guys are like oh we will redo it for free. they should have redone it with out waiting for me to show up once they realized there was an error. end of story I THOUGHT.
the app didn’t accept my debit card and said use a different one so i paid $10.00 plus a tip via venmo. because they implied the charge never happened i wasn’t concerned. not only did i get pending authorizations TWICE on my debit card for $10.82, and a third one for two cents. they have also fully charged my venmo for $13.00. see photos. not only did the little brat GM refuse to listen to my concern, he said it was all on my bank. i work for the bank and can assure you domino’s
is shirking the guidelines that cover authorized payment drop off time frames. the GM at this store was rude and the pizza — was horrible. and not at all what i ordered. BEWARE

Picking up pizza i was suppose to get a salad. After already paying, I was told they were out of salad. Instead of crediting my visa, I was told that I would receive a free salad when ordering next time. I may not order for another month or two. This needs to resolved either by crediting my visa or a refund!!!

Ordered pick up, was moving quickly as I needed to get back to work. As I pull up to store I get the notification my order was completed. I click walking in, and head inside. Pizza was getting boxed (it tasted great BTW), however the wings my coworker wanted were still half way down the cooking rack waiting to fully cook, an employee pulled them out prematurely, and I seen one employee mumble something to him, and he gave a soft reply and continued to box them up. I questioned him and he said they were cooked. They most definitely were not, my co worker said they tasted like rubber overly sauced! This is unacceptable, especially due to it being chicken!! Please teach these young employees the importance of fully cooked chicken before something happens.
