  I just went to pick up a medium pizza, garlic bites, and cinnamon bites. The total was nearly $30—and I purposely chose pickup to save money instead of paying delivery fees and tipping a driver. At first, the interaction was polite. I was greeted, got my order, and turned to leave. But as I walked out, I overheard one of the workers making rude comments about me not tipping at the checkout terminal. That left a bad taste in my mouth before I even touched the food. Tipping culture has gotten completely out of control. If I’m sitting down in a restaurant, I absolutely tip. If my pizza is delivered, I absolutely tip the driver. I feel like I’m a pretty respectful tipper. But in this case—what exactly am I tipping for? I’m not dining in. You’re not serving me. I drove myself, picked up my own order, and walked to the counter. I did everything. You’re literally just doing your basic job description—making pizza. You didn’t go above and beyond, you did the bare minimum, and yet you’re expecting a customer tip? Get over yourself. If you can’t even articulate what I’m tipping you for, but you’re going to act entitled and make rude comments because I didn’t tip—absolutely not, lol. That’s not customer service, that’s entitlement. And honestly, it makes me less likely to tip in the future. If your job doesn’t pay you enough, that’s between you and your employer. Don’t guilt customers for simply expecting to pay for their food—especially when that food already costs $30 for a medium pizza and a couple of sides.

  Delivery driver decided to do contactless delivery for some reason, not what I asked for. No knock, no email, no text. Pizza sat outside for an unknown period of time and got cold. Alfredo pizza with almost no Alfredo on it. Should be equal to the amount of marinara you put on a regular pizza. These are not difficult thig s to get right. Basic, one might say.

  We recently ordered some pizza for take-out at the Ward Road location, but stayed to enjoy a couple slices while it was still nice and hot. It was a delight to see how the staff interacted with the customers; and Jericho the manager, greeted everyone as if they were a guest in his home.

  Inconsistent I stopped ordering , I complained nothing gets done , I don’t understand how 4 months the pizza I got here was amazing better then other dominos I am not joking now it’s just inconsistent my last 3 orders were not good.
