Whenever I order from Dommminos I pay extra to receive no extras!!!!! My orders are stuffed crust, Parmesan and garlic crust, pepperoni with EXTRA CHEESE and EXTRA JALAPENOS and another stuffed crust, Parmesan and garlic crust, ham, EXTRA CHEESE and EXTRA BANANA PEPPERS. I NEVER SEE THOSE EXTRAS I PAY FOR. I'm paying to be disappointed and over charged. I completely understand that this isn't your dream career/job but it's costly to charge for extras and not see and taste those extras. Decrease your prices or make sure the added extras that I'm paying for is there!!!!!!!!! $100.00, which includes tip, is expensive to not give the extras added and paid for. I'll change or update my review if you won't over charge for extras by 4 ounces and I don't want you to discount the employees and myself. Over charge and I'll take pictures and post them. CEO's are over paid to fire employees for what you deem as customer service and ruin tips for drivers. Over charge again and the review stays. Treat me better as a paying customer every time, without fail, and I will find a way to change my review.

The manager, Laney, signed in that she had starting making my order. The tracker said to pick up in 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before showing up only to have the manager tell me pshe hadn't even started my order. 40 minutes later....
And to top it off, the food was terrible. Some item burnt, some undercooked. Nothing could make me come back.

This is my favorite dominos, always make good pizza. Today I messed up while I was ordering online and had to call the store. Jordan went above and beyond to help me out.

I just went to pick up a medium pizza, garlic bites, and cinnamon bites. The total was nearly $30—and I purposely chose pickup to save money instead of paying delivery fees and tipping a driver. At first, the interaction was polite. I was greeted, got my order, and turned to leave. But as I walked out, I overheard one of the workers making rude comments about me not tipping at the checkout terminal.
That left a bad taste in my mouth before I even touched the food. Tipping culture has gotten completely out of control. If I’m sitting down in a restaurant, I absolutely tip. If my pizza is delivered, I absolutely tip the driver. I feel like I’m a pretty respectful tipper. But in this case—what exactly am I tipping for? I’m not dining in. You’re not serving me. I drove myself, picked up my own order, and walked to the counter. I did everything.
You’re literally just doing your basic job description—making pizza. You didn’t go above and beyond, you did the bare minimum, and yet you’re expecting a customer tip? Get over yourself. If you can’t even articulate what I’m tipping you for, but you’re going to act entitled and make rude comments because I didn’t tip—absolutely not, lol.
That’s not customer service, that’s entitlement. And honestly, it makes me less likely to tip in the future. If your job doesn’t pay you enough, that’s between you and your employer. Don’t guilt customers for simply expecting to pay for their food—especially when that food already costs $30 for a medium pizza and a couple of sides.
