Used to be worth driving out of my way to eat here but it has apparently changed hands in the last year and has gone completely downhill. Walked out today because there was no counter help and multiple employees in back blatantly ignoring the line of customers waiting to order.

I ordered food to be picked up thru the drive thru. When I got to the window I was handed a small bag with my name on it. It contained fries. I told the girl in the window I was missing the drink, she asked what it was and went to make it, I then, told her the Chili Cheese dog was missing and showed her my phone with the order. She loudly told the Cook, who(with the window open)yelled to "throw a hot dog in the microwave for 20 seconds and put chili/cheese on it". She saw the open window and "close the window". Needles to say the fries were good, threw the rest away!

I work in the restaurant industry and also as a kindergarten para and never have I ever experienced such poor service in my life. I actually felt sorry for the young man because clearly he hates his job. When I walked in there were two people sitting down and the drive-through was empty. I needed to purchase an ice cream cake. After opening and closing the door three times and hollering to the back twice 15 to 20 minutes later, somebody finally came to the front after looking at me with a blank face and rolling his eyes. I let the young man know that I needed an ice cream cake and what I was looking for nothing fancy, just an ice cream cake that they carry daily. It was almost as if he didn’t understand what I was saying, he went to the back and brought up my cake, and I asked for a small blizzard to go. Another person walked up from the Dairy Queen and started talking to him in the middle of my transaction and they both completely ignored me having their own conversation. I just wanted to buy my cake and blizzard and go home. Because I work in the restaurant industry I try to be as polite as absolutely possible and definitely smile and communicate with the person I am helping. Seemed as though there was something personal going on between employees, which made me the customer not important at the moment. This will be the last time I use this location.

I've been coming here since high school....50 years ago. Always a great burger, onion rings, etc.. Kids usually friendly, helpful. Not the past year in the evening. I ordered $37 worth of food at 8ish going thru drive-thru. I could hear over the intercom somebody yelling in the background. I thought ohh....maybe they're closing. I get up to the window and the girl cook glared at me....lol. Really...lol Then she came to give me my order, very rudely. Sat in parking lot to eat a cold cheeseburger, luke warm fries. The only thing hot was the onion rings. Food is toooooo expensive to be served cold, with a hot attitude. I called and asked to talk with the manager. She said I'm the manager. I explained the above and told her she needs to find another job because customer service is obviously not for her. You'll lose business with that attitude.

So tonight was interesting... went to this DQ location at approximately 9:50 PM. When we pulled up to the drive thru, the kid running the intercom stated that they were closed, but to come back tomorrow as they are "open 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM daily." When I questioned why they were closed if their hours are until 11:00 PM (remember it was not even 10 yet) I was told again that they are closed. I pulled around to the lobby to find it open and other customers going in. (I was able to place my order there.) I found out that the person running the drive thru (skinny young Hispanic male with a mustache) was the same one who was sitting in the parking lot a few weeks ago "flipping off" the cars that were pulling in to order. Honestly, these experiences are quite off-putting.
