  Food is great so is the ice cream. A little on the unfriendly side for most of the employees. Told one your ladies that I needed my blizzards and she said okay, and turned around. She started making all item s except for ours. I had to ask another young lady to help me. Another note is one of your team members also a young lady long black braided hair working the window is dressed quite unprofessionally for the job. Her shirt is longer than her shorts. Idk what job besides hooter and twins peaks that allows their staff to dress in such revealing clothing. That needs to be addressed especially for her safety in the work environment. What happens if anything hot splashes her legs? Certainly not protective clothing from grease burns.

  Order on Uber Eats and our very simple order was completely wrong. Just got overpriced vanilla ice cream instead of the blizzards we ordered

  Just got back a couple of minutes ago from this location. I had just come home from an 12.5 hr shift and was so exhausted and starving. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, ice cream and a drink. First, we were told to wait for fresh food and then only received our chicken baskets. Not to mention they were missing all of our toast (2 pieces per basket), all our ice cream AND our drink. So we go back. Well, they gave us everything except toast so we had to wait again. We only received one slice so we had to wait for more. We pulled off and after checking, we were still missing a piece of toast. My ranch that I ordered also was missing and I was given gravy instead…the people were nice but the mistakes were never ending. It turned a quick 6 minute trip into a 15. I was very disappointed because I wanted something quick, easy and stress free after a very long and tiring day. Nice staff, horrid service.

  We made a special trip to Dairy Queen this evening to get the season special, Sugar Cookie Blizzard. We ordered and got to the window only to find out that they were out of the ingredients to make the dessert. We were told that they have been out of the frosting for weeks now. If this is the case, take it off of the menu and stop advertising it if orders cannot be fulfilled. We are actually really disappointed because this is not the first time we have gone to this location to only turn back around and head home empty handed.
