- SPS PaceNov 5, 20252.0My granddaughter and I bought 2 of the #1 burgers through the drive-thru window. Our burgers were not fresh and the fries were stale like they'd been sitting for a while. The lettuce on both burgers was brown. Paid $22 + for a poor lunch. Young man at the window was very nice, but food not so much. I called corporate the same day and have yet to receive a call this was over a week ago. I guess Culver's will be getting our business from here on out if this is how Dairy Queen treats their customers. Would like to post a picture of the brown lettuce on top of the burgers but there's nowhere to do that here.

They didn’t even use a real chicken patty, just two small overcooked tenders thrown on a bun. It looked like the whole thing was microwaved because the lettuce and tomato were scalding hot and the bun was soggy. The fries were just as bad and completely limp. I go to Dairy Queen all the time back home in Kentucky, and I honestly don’t know how this place is even selling food like this.
