  So I will start with a positive. The food here is generally terrific. The portions are good the variety is great The staff is very kind and helpful. The frustrating part is I have never been to this location when they have not been out of at least one ingredient. It's either the veggies, or the new potatoes, or one or more of the toppings every single time. Frustrating.

  My friend and I had an absolutely great time here! We both haven’t really had this type of food before and didn’t know what would be good, but the general manager Kyle was really patient and helped us make our orders and we absolutely loved them!! 10/10 food and customer service, definitely a new favorite.

  Arvada’s solid. The food’s reliable, but the service is really what makes or breaks it. When the line’s moving, it moves no awkward standing around, no confusion, just point, scoop, next. Most of the staff know what they’re doing and don’t rush you in a rude way, just efficient. During rushes it can feel a little chaotic and the energy dips, but even then they keep things moving. It feels like a place that’s trained, not winging it.

  The food is where Cava truly shines. With a strong Mediterranean focus, the menu offers fresh, flavorful ingredients that can be customized to suit a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. From vibrant greens and hearty grains to well-seasoned proteins and bold sauces, each bowl or pita feels thoughtfully prepared. The balance of spices and textures makes the food satisfying without feeling heavy, and the quality remains consistent across visits. Service at Cava is generally fast and friendly. Staff members are helpful when explaining menu options and accommodating substitutions, which is especially appreciated for first-time customers. Even during busy hours, the team works efficiently to keep lines moving while maintaining a positive attitude. This is my first time having Cava and it’s safe to say, I will be back.

  I love CAVA and regularly eat lunch at various locations around town for work meetings. Today, I ordered online to grab a quick bite on my way back to the office. I ordered at 12:05 and the app told me food would be ready at 12:15. Okay cool. As I walk in the store I get a text saying it would now be 12:30, a little annoying, but fine I’ll answer some emails. As I’m answering emails, I pause to notice there’s at least a dozen other individuals waiting around for food ordered online. Mind you, the walk-in business is very slow, not more than one or two people in line the entire time I’m there. They produce about one online order for every five people that come through the front door. As you can imagine the online order crowd is starting to grow and nobody addresses the and nobody from the front goes to help the single person making online orders. I watch the orders slowly go out as they verify the name for each order. Finally around 12:45 as I’m getting well past my lunch break, I approach the front to ask why my order is taking so long and why they’re prioritizing walk ins over the nearly 20 people waiting for online orders. They tell me I’m welcome to just go to the line for in person orders (as another person just did who had also been waiting over a half hour). I inform the front desk that I’m not willing to go stand in another line for my food after having already waiting 35 minutes for food that I already laid for and should have been prioritized by ordering online in advance. They then ask for my name and order number, which after another few minutes they inform me they cannot find my order and everyone proceeds to look panicked. They all disappear behind a wall and ask me if I’ll take another random persons order as a way to make it right. I reluctantly agree as I’m already late to work and starving, only to get a terrible mix I would never have ordered. What a great way to ruin a lunch hour. Poor management, worse communication, and even worse problem solving.
