  Terrible customer service ordered a bowl with my 2 bases being rice and she tried to say I ordered double rice she tried to charge me $4$ more then got all aggressive with me. Never once did I say double or did they say it would be an extra charge. I left with no food and went to chipotle across the street it’s not even about the money it’s about how aggressive and accusatory they were. They wouldn’t even remake it with a “normal portion”and said I had to pay 4$ more for something I didn’t ask for. It’s the principle of the situation they would rather lose a loyal customer then admit they messed up. Fake healthy food loaded with salt and their oils are still blended with seed oils anyways. I was nothing but polite about the situation. Pathetic business practices.

  Went in yesterday and ordered 2 bowls for my family it was delicious ! I got greeted and got excellent care from a girl name rose she has not only had a pleasant attitude she let me try a couple samples cause I was new defintly will be coming back if she is there again thank you rose I truly appreciate your kindness and hard work ,Went over beyond with her hospitality.

  just went in to get some late night dinner and was kindly greeted by rose and rain. super sweet girls! it was quick service and they were super nice even with me coming in before they were gonna close down. rain recommended some good dressing!! and rose offered me the blueberry lemonade even tho they were getting ready to put it away! will continue to keep coming to this CAVA!

  Decent customer service seems to be a thing of the past... Not so here! Sooo refreshing to be treated kindly in a genuine way with the added bonus of absolutely delicious food. Everyone that's helped me has been great, but a couple of times an employee named Rose really brightened my day! Give that girl a raise! Amazing food and good people, what more can you ask for?

  We love Cava and drove 30 mins each way to eat here. The tables are always sticky which is yuck, but everything else is usually great. Tonight, they were out of pickled onions (my son's fave), out of the cucumber lime drink (my fave), and out of both toilet paper and paper towels in the one functioning bathroom which is not enough for this sized restaurant. Really hope it was just an off day and not the new norm. :(
