  my friend and I go here all the time, but we’ve had the pleasure of having ivanna as a waitress a few times. she’s always so sweet, and is amazing with service, please give her a raise or something because she is continuously amazing!❤️

  Waited seems like forever to get food, once we did it it's was cold and also burnt to a crisp, not even eattable, they remaid our order and still was not right, if your going to charge them prices , it better be good . Now I remember why I stopped going here . Thanks for the reminder.

  This is our go to spot for lunch. Usually the service is great and our food is always fresh and delicious. Not sure what was going on Friday 12/19 during lunch, but the service was horrible and my boneless wings were a disappointment. Besides a large party of 10ish people, the restuarant wasn't packed. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. My husbands burger was good but my wings were super overcooked and barely edible. If I had not already waited 40 minutes on my lunch break I would have requested a new batch but did not have time. I picked through what I could but half of them felt like they were going to break my teeth. I told the first waitress or busgirl who is a younger hispanic female, who by the way has zero customer service skills. She looked at me with a blank look like I was an idiot. The older waitress with glasses is nice but her attention to us was minimal. She was super overwhelmed by the little crowd she had going on. No sorry for the wait or anything to that nature. There was a couple waiting for about 10 minutes at the front. Not one worker acknowleged their presence to were they finally ended up leaving. Long story short I was offered a new batch or to take it off the tab. At that point I was running late back to work and just asked for it to be removed from tab. We had ordered the Pick 6. She took $6 off and still charged us $14 for my husbands burger and tots. Oh ya their bathroom smells like sewage or old grease ALL THE TIME. I don't think I will be returning to this location ANYTIME SOON.

  Took 50 minutes for food to get to our table after waiting for even a menu. I heard my food was taken to a wrong table originally and then came back out to me cold. After asking for our check and waiting for 15 minutes I had to go retrieve it. Not a word of apology or explanation at any point during our visit. We used to spend a lot of time and money here, but it has changed a lot over the years and it will be even less moving forward.
