  First of all they took more than an hour to even serve the food and when we got the food the wings were so tiny and cold the fries serving portion is so bad I don't recommend coming here at all

  We eat here often because its close. However we absolutely refuse to eat here on a BOGO wing night. They're dumping their trash these days and every time we've ordered food (chicken items) on those nights it's been overcooked, freezer burnt garbage. Last night was the absolute last straw with this location on a Tuesday or Thursday. After spending over $50 and purposely not choosing a bogo deal we still got trash. The entire order containing chicken was thrown out because it was nasty, my child couldn't bite into his food. They are known for wings yet the only part of our order that wasn't a problem was non chicken meal ( kids burger) I ordered all flats and was clearly given the stuff that should be thrown out not served to people it wasn't all flats. I wouldn't have fed that to a dog, it was that awful last night. I can understand things aren't always prefect but to serve this overcooked inedible chicken was insulting. I would much rather an honest person saying im sorry we overcooked your food so we're starting it again. I would happily wait for something done right instead of being served trash just to keep people moving out the door.. I called for a refund and was told by the manager that he couldn't process my refund and the manager on duty the next day would do so. Now I've gotta contact then yet again in 3-5 days if I don't see my refund. Ummm.... no your the manager figure it out, don't pass it on to someone else who doesn't know the situation. I'm very mad about the food we were served yesterday. Do not eat here on Tuesday or Thursday. You've been warned. For pickup orders know that when you arrive they will most likely tell you it'll be smooth 10-15mins. If you're lucky it'll take less than 20. Seems like they don't stay coming until you arrive to pickup. This is not a new thing here. Happens everytime.

  My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever and I had the worst experience from any restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I got the Tito’s lemonade that me and my husband both tried and it didn’t taste like alcohol whatsoever. I also ordered the nacho appetizer that specifies that it comes with chicken on top but I got a big plate of a bunch of chips and hardly cheese. I asked for the chicken and she said $3 extra…. I explained to her that it says chicken in the first part of the discription on the menu so she then brought out the chicken 5 minutes later so by then the nachos were cold and I couldn’t eat them. I was excited to at least get my bone in wings but no, they had no seasoning and were so hard it hurt my teeth and I couldn’t eat them. I came super hungry and left the same way after only eating 2 pieces of celery and a carrot. I never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience.

  This place used to be good... hardly seen our waitress and she forgot to check on us to order our main dish. They weren't even that busy... both the bone in and boneless wings were so small and were not even fresh tasting... like the threw them in the microwave and served Luke warm. The Mac and cheese wasn't even cooked all the way, the noodles were semi hard. The triple cheese burgers were flatter than flat.. so sad with this experience overall. Now they want to over charge... The women's restroom ALWAYS makes my stomach turn and smells like overflown potty...I highly don't recommend this place. I normally do not post such horrible reviews but this was a cherry on top...
