  This review is specifically for the girl that was working April 22nd Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. or a couple minutes before, so you can deal with her. Location was on 64th in Arvada, Co. There was only one guy who was great and one girl with fake eyelashes who was beyond rude!!!! I ordered a small golden eagle hot half sweet light Carmel. Long story short she handed me the drink and there was caramel literally all over the cup so it was extremely sticky and I asked for like a wet paper towel or something to clean off the cup and then I said actually just hand me another cup and I'll use another cup to sleeve the other one that I have that way I'm not getting sticky every time I pick up my drink to drink it. So she looks at me super rude and says do you want to wet paper towel or the cup very defensively and I said the cup please and she literally threw it at me and it fell on the ground and she acted like she didn't see and was throwing things around inside while I sat there waiting with no cup now and nothing to clean the cup off and she wouldn't even acknowledge me. My daughter ended up getting out of the car and grabbing the cup and we just used the one there while we're just sitting at the window the whole time doing this and she acts like we're not even there again just throwing things around all pissed off inside there was only one car behind us so it wasn't even busy. This girl should be fired and is horrible customer service I've worked in customer service all my life as a server and would have ever treated anyone this way, It wasn't even a big deal and she acted like it was the end of the world. Young girl brown hair I'm pretty sure. Either way I've never had an issue with Dutch Bros for years at any location except until now. My drink was fine but seriously the worst service ever. Actually I take that back the guy that was working was super friendly who took my payment, and he usually is every time I've seen him there.

  I was so excited when I found out dutchies opened up by my house, the service and drinks were always so wonderful, this past month there’s been a major decline in the hot coffee drinks, on separate occasions they tasted like cardboard. The service is usually pretty good, but not consistent. I feel like I have to load up my drink with caramel just to enjoy the bad taste. After my last visit there I got an iced drink which also tasted horrible so I finally give up, seems like quality is going down hill it’s so sad!!!

  The walk-up window has always been super slow at this location. Whenever I place an online order, they always tell me to wait and that it’s not ready. Today, I placed an online order to be picked up at 7:39am, and I got there right on time. There were 8 other people waiting for their online orders. One guy asked the barista twice if they forgot his order because it was taking so long. Then a girl asked to cancel her order and wanted a refund because she was waiting over 20 minutes for her online order. The barista at the window also ignored 3 people standing in line waiting to order. While all this was happening, the drive-through car line was moving a lot faster. I ended up receiving my order at 8:01am. All I ordered was a medium blended freeze. This location is also bad at wiping cups before handing them to you. They hand me my drink and it’s always covered in sticky syrup and coffee.
