  Waited 1 hour and they forgot jalapeños on a pepperoni jalapeño pizza. They put 1 jalapeño on top of the cheese bread LOL. I ordered at 9 not 1245 BTW.

  They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered over an hour ago (app said 9-19 minutes for an order) and it said 48 minutes ago that the order was pulled out of the oven to be checked. When I call the store, I'm left on hold. The last couple times I have ordered from this store, it is at least 45 minutes between "taken out of the oven" and delivery. Worst service.

  Used to frequent this location for both pickup and delivery. Our last 3 delivery orders we’ve tried to place we cancelled because the tracker showed the pizza out of the oven for over an hour and still no delivery. The last “actual” delivery we had from them was cold, undercooked and not edible. The last order we placed when I called to cancel the manager gave me an attitude and tried to say they wouldn’t refund it because it had already been made. Ya you will definitely refund because I ordered pizza over 2 hours ago and still don’t have it. Called Pizza Hut and had our food in 22 minutes

  Ordered on-line and left immediately to get the food. It was a 7 minute drive. I got there and everything was already fresh out of the oven. The young woman who was at the register was easily one of the nicest and jovial workers I've ever come across. 10/10
