  Paid $8 for a sundae and some fries, which is crazy on its own, and the rude dirty guy in the window didnt even remember to give me a spoon. So I spent $8 for some mediocre fries and a sundae I had the joy of getting to throw away

  Thus place was packed when I went both inside and at the drive thru. We placed our order and were on our way in about 5 minutes. The staff was not flustered or rude they were polite and handled things well. They didnt flip my blizzard though...

  This Dairy Queen is ATROCIOUS. Used to be great but now they have really gone down hill. I will often frequent this establishment as they are open later than other ice cream joints but man I really just need to save money and not come here. Ice cream is never mixed to the bottom. They close the grill 2 hours before they close. I’m just never fully satisfied with what I get here. Just a shame really. Employees seem to not care at all. Better off to get a pint from gas station, cheaper and satisfys the craving better.

  A restaurant that does not share contact information for the manager or the GM. A business bound to fail Walked in 6 people in line : 1 young gentleman working his tail off at the front counter. Tall shaggy brown hair, earrings. Very good worker. Give him a raise !!!! 3 other female employees on their phones and holding rags in the back area by the drive through. 2 of them walked to the front doing nothing but holding wet rags Clearly seeing the line of patrons. Ignored the busy ness of the customers in line. Ignored the one employee working. Walked back to the back area. Did zero work the entire time. What a joke.

  This location must have such poor management. This location regularly closes their drive through by 9PM which is annoying as it is but I now do pick up orders as I have pulled up to pick up online orders through the drive through as requested on the app and they told me that I have to come in to get my order. Furthermore, I went in about 15 minutes ago after putting an app order in. There was only one employee that was actually working. I asked his name and he said it was Malachi/Malakai. Several employees walked past the steadily growing crowd of people and said nothing and helped with nothing while Malachi was doing all the orders by himself. They had the back door wide open and you could see them all walking in and out of it(approx 5 different employees). One employee came from the back grabbed a dish and filled ice cream in it and then she turned back around and did not appear again. Another employee that was off duty walked in and looked concerned by the state of the lobby but then asked the girl he was with if she wanted any ice cream and proceeded to get that for her and then sit down. I waited 12 minutes for my order to be ready from placing in the app and then waited another 10 minutes in the store just to be helped because only one employee was working. This is completely unacceptable as I saw at the minimum six different employees that were in uniforms. I’m really frustrated with how this show is consistently ran as it’s the closest dairy queen to me. I am close to calling it quits and driving the 2.5 miles to another location. Anyways, thank you to Malachi for doing your job. To the rest of the employees on shift the evening of March 25, 2026 y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.
