  Cross contamination alert! All of the sides were slushed with the other while the chick with the hat so shoved down to her nose caused more of the issue.

  I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who made my burritos today. I came in at about 2:10 pm and she really hooked up what I asked for in all 6 burritos and wasn't stingy about it at all. Keep that lovely lady there she gets exactly what to do and was very friendly. UPDATE April 25, 2026: Your staff is unprepared for Sundays!!!!! Because Al Pastor is no longer available, I asked for 6 steak burritos, no rice, no beans. There is not enough steak available and obviously the pico de gio has left over corn added. There was to many people in the serving line preparing any orders. As the guy standing in between the cash register guy and the other side of him, a young girl, started asking who's better at wrapping? Why is there corn in the pico de gio and not enough meat and why was there some guy standing in between the cash register guy and the girl that he asked who's better at wrapping? And why wasn't that person standing in between the cash register guy and the girl in the serving line NOT doing better at managing?????????? I have a business and run my business alone!!!!!!!!!!! The staff on the serving line was totally unprepared and over staffed in the serving line. My 6 burritos were underserved and prepared with little of what I expect of a oversized tortilla. If I want Taco Bell standard I would have gone to Taco Bell!!!!!! I was charged over $70.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was completely over charged and I will not speak to nor talk to YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF or MANAGER. Complete B.S. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Genuinely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. We were there on a Sunday at noon. There were 14 people in line ahead of us, and the line was moving very slowly. The three people filling the orders and cooking the food were working very hard. There were two people standing at the till just talking, not helping or doing anything. Tables needed to be cleaned, the bathrooms were dirty and had used cups on the sinks. Three children were running around screaming like they were in a play area. The most senior person did not seem to be taking any initiative to clean the tables, the bathrooms or ask the parent of her loud, screaming children to manage them. Also, $9 for chips and guac now?? The food was fine, but we will not be back.

  This review is tough love. This is our neighborhood Chipotle and we have been going consistently for years. Over the past few months the quality and consistency of this location has gone down the toilet. Maybe it's all Chipotles, hard to tell, this one is our usual. Orders are consistently botched. We've literally had orders with no meat, none. Rice is consistently crunchy now. Order customizations for extra and light are ignored every time. Ingredient quality is worse, lettuce stem/core in the lettuce etc etc. I dunno what the issue is, if they aren't giving staff enough time, training, just not enough staff in general. Like I said noticeable shift specifically in the last few months and it's not in a good direction.

  Rude service. It wasn’t even busy for it to have such rude service and it the steak was old . The lady didn’t put a full scoop of steak in my burrito and I said is that all the steak I get ? She charged me for double steak . Definitely the worst chipotle that I’ve been to. 19 dollars for a soggy burrito is crazy. Zero napkins , every table dirty, no green Tabasco. Not a good experience. Will be going to the Qdoba down the street from now on.
