- BCBrittany C.2 days ago1.0had a very distasteful experience with Brianna at this Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order and apparently it was for a different Chick-fil-A. Brianna kept assuming I was having a bad day because I was a bit confused about where my order was. The African American girl said she found my order when I went into the drive through so it made no sense. Brianna kept pestering me and putting negative energy into my day. She kept calling me “bro” which felt derogatory and it made me uncomfortable. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Brianna rung up my order to replace it but she didn’t scan my app. I had to pay twice and didn’t recieve a receipt. This was the worse experience I have ever received at a Chick-fil-A. L
