  Did a mobile order at 8pm, the rice was so undercooked it was literally raw and hard. They are knowingly selling undercooked rice because when I went back to the store and asked for a refund the “manager” if you can even call her that was not shocked. She said she could not give me a refund since it was a mobile order but they sure took my money when I placed the order? She was so rude as someone who works in customer service and sells she is an absolute embarrassment and disgusting. Couldn’t even come out to face me and sent all the other employees to come and talk to me through her? What kind of service is that? She said she was going to comp 2 bowls for next time then just never came back out? Not to mention even when my girlfriend went to pick up the mobile order she was super rude to her as well. Will never place another order ever again and I will be calling that 1-800 number for my refund! What a disgusting place.

  I placed an online order and the rice was as hard as rock. This is definitely not an accident cooked rice and non cooked rice look and feel absolutely different! The manager is not helpful what so ever! Didn’t even want to come out of her office and try to give proper costumer service! I’d suggest a different location seems this is a constant issue!

  I just want to share Blanca & the other staff members on shift were so helpful when I came in. Not only did they serve me great food, but suggested great meals. I got the new salmon+yogurt dill bowl & it did not disappoint at all. I can’t even add a photo of the food because I ate it so fast. Would definitely check it out if you’re in the area

  The food was delicious, there are so many healthy options and everything looked so good. I got the harissa avocado bowl and it’s very good! The new salmon yogurt dill bowl was so good too, a subtle flavor and a light meal. So yummy! The staff was amazing too they were very patient with me and my questions about the menu. Blanca tended to me and she really helped me decide what I wanted and I am so happy she was there to assist because I was satisfied with my meal.

  Absloutly disgusting experience i went in pick up a delivery to wait 30 plus minutes for order to get followed out of the store by the gm and threaten paternity as leaving over asking why it took so long firmly believe I was treated like this because I m assyrain jew / Palestinian which sucks in it self cause I didn't know there is a restraunt chain that pretty much assyrain food most are in commerce city far from where I am but because of this experience I will never ho back to this store feel like I had been treated with the ut most hate
