  Longest I've ever waited for fast food. Drive thru was backed up so went inside and woke the workers were kind, so much wasn't working. Almost all their drink options were out and there were at least 7 tickets at a time waiting to be fulfilled.

  When someone asks for a condiment or a vegetable to get removed its for a reason. You guys are gonna end up killing someone will allergies one day. You dont ever pay attention.....

  The service was poor and the food was disgusting the chicken tasted like rubber couldn’t even rip my chicken sandwich in half. The fries were cold and mushy.

  Pretty frustrating experience at this location today. I ordered a small fry, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a junior bacon cheeseburger in the drive-through. After waiting quite a while, I pulled up to the window and the employee just opened it and stared at me without saying anything. I handed him my card, he ran it, handed it back with no receipt, and closed the window without saying a word. I then sat there another 6–7 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. No update, no “one moment,” nothing. When the window finally opened again, the employee again said nothing and handed me a bag. The food was already cold — the burger honestly felt like it had been sitting in a fridge.

  The food is good but the service, not so much. I was told a price at the drive through order board but another, higher price at the payment window. No explanation or receipt.My fault for not asking to see the receipt but I assumed it was in the bag. I asked for unsweetened tea, which was repeated back to me, but I still ended up with sweet tea. This has happened more than a few times. I love the new chicken tenders but doubt I will be going back.
