  Did drive through and it was pretty fast, order was correct, and it was hot!

  20 min after ordering larger other orders behind us had already gotten their food, had to go to counter. Found out my order got lost in system or skipped over. 2 staff scrambled to complete order once I brought it to their attention. Didn't even get compensated for THEIR screw up.

  Worst taco bell i have ever been. Worst service, rude and gave wrong order. Food was cold, they missed an item. Called and didn’t bother to pick up the phone.

  Absolutely worst service I have ever dealt with! Couldn’t get my food because they don’t do split payments like seriously! Yall need new people in their that actually help their customers and provide great service

  Unfortunately I went to place an order through the app and the app wasn’t working. I wasn’t sure if my order went through or not, but it came out of my bank 3 times. Jerry helped me, and he ended up writing my ordering down and bringing it out to me. Was very kind and helpful, and although the night crew was having a stressful day, he still managed to help me out and I’m very appreciative considering my order never actually went through. Even gave me extra sauces.
