  Holy crap, I should have just avoided the place. But at 10pm its one of the few places open in town. It took us 30 mins to make the order and get it at the window, I could have been a 1/4 of the way home by then. The line was wrapped around the building, as no one uses the pull up station. First, the board is impossible to read at night, the Intercom system is from the 70s. We.made our order, nothing unusual. We get to the window, wrong drinks, wrong order. They get it straightened out. Pulled away, I got a warm diet Pepsi with no ice instead of a root beer. My burger and fries were colder than my drink. I understand there is a real shortage of good employees these days, so I can't be too hard on the folks working. And the manager needs a raise, and time off!

  Grace in life is important. Having placed an order through the mobile app, I followed the prompts to indicate the stall I parked in, this did not matter, having waited 10 minutes past my pick up time, I called for status, and I was informed no one could find me? I had entered stall 13 in the app, the attendant confirmed someone attempted to bring the order, yet no one came to my car window. Which means, and I am not Sherlock Holmes, that the attendant only chose to check one side of the buildings stalls, not the other. I proceeded to the drive through and received no prompt. Not sure what else to say. I will no longer attempt to be a customer. The only restaurant chain I am aware of that requires directions, and appears to be much to large of an area to navigate to the various stalls available. Smh. Good luck to all who venture here, may your experience not be my experience.

  Went to get ice and their ice machine is down. Every time this happens its always a month before they get off their butts and fix it, except this time it's been longer. When you live in a small town and there's only 2 sonics within a 50-75 mile area you would think theyd be a little faster on fixing things especially if its a majority of their sales.
