  Takes insanely long to get your food and then it ends up not even being your order. Not even close. I ordered a large 10pc meal with a coke and 2 cheeseburgers. I was offered a sweet tea to which I declined and then sent on my way with a whisperer and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. This is not the first time I've had these issues with this location. I'm just tired of it.

  Went to the drive through and the lady taking orders didnt know how to do her job had to walk her through everything 3 times and they still managed to mess up the order and charged us for extra food we did not get because they couldn't figure out how to add a iced coffee to a combo

  You pretty much have to order your self it pretty busy here but during the day orders pop out like hotcakes

  I was at your facility yesterday when there was a female manager that the employees kept calling Bonnie I don’t know how to spell it in a gentleman by the name of Gage, Gabe, gauge or something in that nature, then there was a manager I don’t remember who he was Very professionally dressed, he had his hair done. He looked professional. and then there was two females also regular employees as well as that one other gentleman I’m not too sure what his name was gauge or something so what happened was the female manager and two employees got into an argument, and there was a lot of cursing in a lot of arguments going on and then the young manager came out and told the female to just walk away it’s not worth it and she walked away after he stepped in and then the male manager stepped out, and during that process he apologized to everybody for the language and everything that was going on and he said he is sincerely sorry for what happened and he wished all of us a great night. I had my kids with me when all these arguments are going on and all discussing was going on that it was ridiculous that I felt like I went to an adult show that was 21+. that it was ridiculous that I felt like I went to a adult show that was 21+. When that young MANAGER walked out the female MANAGER and the young man I think his name was Gage started talking about the lady who was cleaning the lobby the employee And that she deserves to lose her job and that gauge‘s mother deserve to be full-time Then the female manager, and that young man started talking about how they could cover their asses and get rid of the lobby lady and the young manager who left The female manager was mad because apparently that young man had an issue brought up to him about The young man’s mom that apparently works for you guys and he kept saying that the other manager, he should’ve just stayed out of it, and the female manager should’ve just taken care of it like she said she was And they kept bringing up another man’s name, a different manager and saying that they were gonna use their ways to get that young MANAGER fired and the lobby lady and I think his name was like tell Tal or something And that if they have the same story, they could get those people fired, which I think is very unprofessional of a discussion to have in front of customers with children while cussing I just wanna say thank you to that young professional manager who apologized to me and my children and to all the other customers about the issue that was about I have communicated with other customers and have told them that they should press complaints to because was that MANAGER and what that young employee were trying to do to the other manager and the other employees is honestly sickening that McDonald’s would have employees like that working for them for that young MANAGER, I just wanna say thank you for apologizing to me and my family that made a huge difference between me walking out that night and going to HR for a refund to me going to HR to complain on the MANAGER that young man and how much cussing was going on while I was there waiting for my food I had to request for my food to be bagged instead of me, wanting to eat in the store with my children for how crazy everything was going I have talked to a lot of people and I will be make sure that they do make reviews on those managers The female manager for how rude and disgusting she was and for that young employee for how rude and disgusting and he was to talk like that in front of customers and then for that young manager, that was so professional so polite kept a smile. I will make sure that he gets all the credit for what a manager should be in a situation like that I am disgusted by the Female manager, and that young employee for how they were talking about other employees in front of customers and all the cussing and arguments that were going on
