  Pretty frustrating experience at this location today. I ordered a small fry, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a junior bacon cheeseburger in the drive-through. After waiting quite a while, I pulled up to the window and the employee just opened it and stared at me without saying anything. I handed him my card, he ran it, handed it back with no receipt, and closed the window without saying a word. I then sat there another 6–7 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. No update, no “one moment,” nothing. When the window finally opened again, the employee again said nothing and handed me a bag. The food was already cold — the burger honestly felt like it had been sitting in a fridge.

  The food is good but the service, not so much. I was told a price at the drive through order board but another, higher price at the payment window. No explanation or receipt.My fault for not asking to see the receipt but I assumed it was in the bag. I asked for unsweetened tea, which was repeated back to me, but I still ended up with sweet tea. This has happened more than a few times. I love the new chicken tenders but doubt I will be going back.

  The fries were stale and tasted terrible the burger was cold and smelled weird, and they even got our order wrong, it was terrible. Place was dirty and was just an overall terrible experience, I’d give 0 stars if I could.

  Waited 20+mins, never got food,or a chance to order,or even a hey sorry we are super busy..etc..while every car in drive through got service,in the entire dining area,everyone waited, while no one actually got to order inside. Basically fast forward 20 some minutes of nothing happening the entire dining area of folks just walked out,us included. Cashier was eating food(glad he could get something to eat) and walked around aimlessly looking around like he was lost(never actually grabbed anything 3 times,just hanging out I guess) Bathrooms gross,nothing clean about this place.
