The lady took two cars that came in after me and car in front of me order before ours and made excuses for why! Then I asked for the free item today and was told I couldn’t get it because I ordered my free drink well should be told that when offer items! As well as the associate sees I have two dogs in the car and doesn’t offer pup cups!! Like I said worst service ever!

The reason being is that they're just such great people. Always willing to have a conversation with you and always make you feel like maybe I should get out and talk more I don't though...yet haha. Point is it's good coffee The people are great and the negative reviews are from when the place first opened. You got to give it a chance to get situated and figure itself out. You're not going to find better coffee and better service than a place that you're not sitting down. Highly recommend.
