    Very disappointed in this visit. Waited in line at the drive thru for about 10 minutes then got home and found they forgot one of my sandwiches. I would understand if it was super busy but it really wasn't.

    In town only for the day and rushed in to get something to eat enroute. These people are fantastic. I walked in and the guy behind the counter could have been someone I went to church with, he was so engaging and friendly. I got my meal to go but I’m almost sad I didn’t just eat inside. I miss places that give off great energy. Efficient, quick, kind, and personable. Kudos.

    I used to go to Arby's regularly. But after my last experience I will never go back again. I ordered 2 #5's with no bread and all I got was two beef patties with no cheese and no bacon. I went back and they had just closed. I finally got someone to open the drive-thru window. I gave them my order and explained what was wrong with it. They told me that since they were closed that they couldn't fix my order and that they also couldn't get a refund. I paid $18 and got no food and no refund. I felt robbed. It was the worst experience I had ever had at a fast food restaurant. I will not be going back unless I get a refund.

    John was a delight while taking our orders. Personable, funny guy. My mom's order was ready so fast she didn't even have her soda filled at the fountain before they called her name. They forgot my wife's shake and upsized it as an extra apology. Best service I've had at a fast food restaurant in recent memory. Keep up the great work!
