  Malgré la qualité et le goût extraordinaire de ces macarons , l’atout majeur de cette boutique reste la formidable vendeuse qui nous accueille. Mais quel sourire et quelle bonne humeur! Rien que pour elle, on achèterait la boutique.

  A cute little store, no café attached, though drinks can be ordered to go. The lady working there — the only staff member present during my visit, and I was the only guest — was wonderfully friendly and attentive. I picked up my favourite Ladurée macaron, the Marie Antoinette, along with a few others, and she even held the door open for me on my way out. This kind of standout service is definitely not what I’m used to from other Ladurée branches, which tend to feel more like tourist stampedes. I’ll happily be back anytime!

  Ein Besuch im Ableger der französischen Nobelconfiserie ist nicht nur gustatorisch immer wieder ein Höhepunnt sondsrn auch optisch. Der kleine Laden, pardon: die kleine Boutique im Herzen von Lausanne inszeniert die Produktpalette farblich abgestimmt und unaufdringlich. Die berühmten Macarons in ihren zwölf Grundvariationen - von Rosenblüten über Caramel fleur de swl bis hin zum Tee Marie-Antoinette - sind allemal den Preis und eine oder mehrere Sünden wert. Diesen Sommer (2026) ist die Sommergemacksedition (Casablanca) eine pikante-süssliche Verbindung von Grapfruit und Minze. Die Hommage an Marokko kommt rosa daher und entsprechend ist auch das Schaufenster gestaltet. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend uns berät die Kund:innen kompetent und mit einer Engelsgeduld bis zur Ladenschliessung.

  Nous sommes venus avec notre fille et nous avons été super bien accueillis. Tout fait envi dans cet endroit. Nous avons pris plusieurs mélanges de macarons et une pâtisserie que nous avons mangé en sortant et qui était très bonne. Pour notre fille de 7 ans c'était le paradis et pour nous aussi d'ailleurs. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons ♥️.
