Situé dans le Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues, le cadre est élégant, raffiné et parfaitement adapté à une soirée gastronomique dans une atmosphère calme et sophistiquée. La cuisine italienne proposée est d’une grande finesse. Chaque plat est soigneusement présenté et les saveurs sont parfaitement équilibrées. Les produits sont d’une qualité exceptionnelle et la maîtrise technique en cuisine se ressent dans chaque assiette. Les pâtes fraîches et les plats de poisson que nous avons dégustés étaient absolument délicieux, avec des sauces précises et très parfumées. Le service est également à la hauteur de l’établissement. L’équipe est professionnelle, attentive et discrète, tout en restant chaleureuse et agréable. Une adresse incontournable à Genève pour les amateurs de gastronomie italienne et de belles tables.
