Rude condescending young women at the shop this Saturday morning of 8 aug at Rive: she kept saying the macaron on the pyramids were fake mocking the customer rolling her eyes and loudly sighing. Only wanted vanilla macarons. She was obviously unhappy and annoyed but mocking the customer is bad behavior!!!

The worst macaroons I’ve ever had from Laduree, I bought 4 for takeaway and all were as hard as a rock :( I really didn’t expect to get crispy cookies instead of macaroons… but this is definitely not the Laduree standard and a shame for 2.9 CHF per piece.
