  I was so very excited to get some spicy food. I was gon level it out with a milkshake. Milkshake was intended to be stellar. Only one problem. How is this young lively soul going to enjoy his milkshake without a straw. This is not even close to the first incident I’ve had happen. Food:good hot:good overall no complaints. Except I can’t enjoy the oh so delicious milkshake this poor helpless teen yearns for. My rating is generous for the emotional torment I have received from lack of drinking utensils

  This was the location in Yucca Valley. Tried the Big Arch burger this time. It was excellent. Probably my favorite burger there right now. Fries were cold and old tasting but the smoothie was good and the nuggets were good. It's just the service. That's where I see a problem. I already have to order at a kiosk, which is fine if I don't want to interact with people but then why would you go out. But the employees are getting paid more than ever before and have less responsibilities than ever before and yet, they seem like the people from Orange County on the TV show Twisted Metal... without the missing fingers. They just seem like the customer is a bother to them or like they just got in trouble for talking to a customer or something. I'm always wanting to ask "Where's the employee Ferrari parking area?"

  Horrible Manager! Bad vibes ... nasty attitude. Internet out, app didn't work at location. And I witnessed Her being nasty to two other people... one elderly and one working class guy . Fire 🔥 that manager !
