- VKValerie KinFeb 16, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with this Chipotle location, especially considering it’s only been open for about two years. The service has consistently been poor. During my most recent visit (Feb 15, 2026), the staff seemed irritated and unwelcoming and one employee in particular (brown/Indian looking) was visibly annoyed when taking my order. It honestly felt like he was treating customers like they were an inconvenience. The food quality wasn’t great either. The steak was extremely chewy and difficult to eat. On top of that, they were out of multiple items around 7pm, even though they don’t close until 10pm. Running out of several ingredients three hours before closing feels like poor planning and management. I also asked for vinaigrette and received barely .5 oz in a 4oz container. It was filled so minimally that it felt intentional. I’m not sure why theres such hesitation over something so small, but it adds to the overall frustrating experience. I was very caught off guard by how poor the service was. It’s unfortunate because I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and food quality.
