    Great service, one of the cleanest dining rooms in Yucca Valley, and the food was fresh.

    i work nearby and stop at this Arby’s at least 2–3 times a week for lunch. Overall, the experience can be hit or miss depending on who’s working the drive-thru. A couple of employees come across as rude and not very personable, which honestly makes me think twice about stopping when I see them at the window. That said, the reason I’m giving five stars is because of Courtney. She is consistently amazing—great attitude, friendly, and always makes the experience pleasant. You can tell she actually cares about customer service, and it makes a huge difference. There’s also another girl who’s really good (I wish I remembered her name), but Courtney stands out every time. Thank you, Courtney, for always being positive and professional—you’re the reason I keep coming back!

    First - My husband IS ALLERGIC TO ONIONS- THEY COULD Have KILLED HIM.. Ruth is awful. After dealing with a rude manager, my husband was forced to go down there to get our food, and the order was still wrong after going through them, refusing to give it to us the first time. Manager Ruth needs to be demoted as she has clearly no idea how to handle customers or do customer service. Entire order WRONG AFTER 2 trips driving there and a phone call. Despite ordering sandwiches and beef and cheddars - we got not the beef one which come with onion buns. AGAIN My husband IS ALLERGIC TO ONIONS- THEY COULD Have KILLED HIM. Unacceptable.

    Given wrong food again. Manager rude and unhelpful. Never going again because super unprofessional. They were also talking about a customer from before in front of other customers let alone at the counter. I wouldn’t trust food from here ever again after what I heard.

    The shift leader Ruth refused to give us our order from DoorDash because we weren’t DoorDash even though it was our order and we had the order number because her staff member couldn’t wait one minute for someone to pull it up on a phone after dealing with her on the phone, trying to resolve the issue. She was extremely rude. I asked for a district manager’s number or a corporate number. She refused to give me that despite the fact that I turned around and googled the corporate number. We will never go there again or to any brand related to that company. Everybody at the store was highly unprofessional. The presentation of the store isn’t clean enough. They have repetitively messed up on orders, including items. My husband was allergic to that they were asked to Remove in the past, even though that could’ve given him an allergic reaction. The entire staff is unprofessional. The food is prepared Poorly, and I questioned the entire hygiene of the location and will be reporting them to the department of health. We will never shop at this or any other inspire brand again. I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau and lodging a complaint with Uber Eats as well. There were zero reasons not to give my son-in-law the order when he had the order number other than they wanted to be obnoxious and rude and not service their Customers. The way she handled the phone call escalated quickly and was absolutely ridiculous. Completely unprofessional. I will never go to any restaurant which she works at ever again. I don’t want anyone handling my food that doesn’t actually like their customers or care about their needs. We have very limited options in our town and if I have my way, I will make sure nobody I know ever goes to that location ever again especially not while Ruth still works there.
