Pizza always comes promptly, even when the drivers have to hunt around our complex to find our apartment. Tonight there was a mixup with my order. I called the store and they put in a fresh pizza for me right away. Sam was our delivery driver both times and, since I wasn't waiting at the door, he even left an apology note for the order getting messed up. Thank you to all the Domino's in Yucaipa's staff for their hard work and dedication to great customer service!

She shoved the pizza at me and was visibly upset and I was confused why and asked what her problem was and she stated I l left no tip. I hadn’t left a tip online because I prefer cash so no one is taxed as I tip all of the other delivery people at dominos with cash. I had cash ready in hand but her rude attitude made me feel uncomfortable. If she had been polite and professional, I would have happily tipped her. It’s a shame because I always tip delivery drivers, but her poor attitude ruined the experience. The manager needs to be more cautious with hiring teens who have absolutely no customer service.
