I decided to come to this Buffalo Wild Wings after seeing so many negative reviews to see if it was warranted or not. I want to preface this by saying I ate alone in the bar area at 8 PM on a Tuesday.
My bartenders were really nice and knowledgeable, EJ got my drink ASAP and Josh took great care of my food order. I asked for honest recommendations and for once, I was actually recommended great food, most servers are either uncertain or worried they'll recommend you something you don't like, but they didn't hesitate. I got the Philly Steak with mushrooms and bell peppers and the onion rings with some special seasoning (Can't recall what kind) as well as the buffalo ranch. The food took less than 20 minutes with the restaurant at roughly 45% capacity and it was indeed hot and delicious, one of my main worries was wait time and they cleared that easily.
Am I saying the reviews are wrong or misleading? Not yet, I have to come here soon on a busy Friday or Saturday night to really understand more peoples frustrations, and if anything changes I'll update my review to reflect that.
Now, I will say my experience wasn't 100% perfect, but I can't blame anything in particular, as someone who has been in the restaurant/customer service industry for plenty of years prior, I can only try and pinpoint some things I witnessed.
Throughout my 1 hour long stay, I watched the bartenders be sent many drinks that they didn't have the ingredients for anymore. This both put them and their servers behind, and I can easily see how that contributes to longer wait times for everyone involved. I could be wrong, but they didn't seem to have a dedicated barback who would typically be in charge of making sure stuff like this doesn't happen by checking in on supplies and making sure there is backstock or informing the bartenders when they're out of something so they can mark the items out on POS.
If this sort of thing happened multiple times on an average Tuesday night, I can see how a weekend night would burst into chaos with ease.
A couple of the servers who communicated with the bartenders also had a "Interrupt now, apologize later" mentality when it came to their drink orders. I can't blame anyone for being frustrated when they're constantly forced to tell customers they're out of something, so they need to solve that problem soon or it'll only make things worse.
So, I myself had a good experience, absolutely zero issues on my end as of this first visit... But, without the workers having the help that most basic family restaurants have (Dedicated barbacks, buss boy, server assistants, whatever you want to call these roles) I can see how a lot of these reviews can be negative. I'm only trying to be objective and I hope they can see this review and come up with a solution somehow, because I believe they can certainly be a great spot for people to consistently return to if they solve the small issues that snowball into big ones.

I wanted to like this place because my son and I love wings and its local. But this place isn't it. My husband and I took our son for lunch. He was so excited. We were seated immediately. It did take us a little bit to figure out what we wanted to eat because we had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. I ordered an appetizer. Then shortly after, we ordered. Our appetizer came out quickly. But we waited a very long time to get our food. And then when my son got his wings, it was the wrong sauce, it was spicy and he likes very mild. Trying to find someone to bring it to their attention took some time. We had to ask for refills of our drinks. We were there for a total of 1.5 hours. Most of it was sitting and waiting to get our food. I'd say a solid hour went into waiting to get our meals. And the bill for 3 people was $78.00= pretzel bites appetizer, 6 wings with side of mac and cheese, a triple burger with wedges, a chicken parm sandwich and fries. Plus, a soda and 2 iced teas. I don't care the price but waiting forever for food and getting okay service is not cool. And they weren't busy when we got there. Also, they play the music so loud, no one can hear each other.

Worst service ever. This location really needs to get there life together. Went for my son’s birthday dinner and took an hour for appetizers and another hour for food. Had to look for a server multiple times on asking her for utensils and refills. The refills were never brought and had to ask someone else. 20 minutes later she finally comes over and asked if we needed anything. I informed her that someone else had to bring the sodas to us, our server Ashleigh told us she has 500 other things to do then bring us refills. Now I’m confused on her statement because isn’t that part of her job. I had 500 other places I wanted to eat at but my son choose this establishment. I asked for a manager and Roberto the kitchen manager came out very argumentative. I informed him what happened and he didn’t even care. I felt disrespected that she had other things to do beside bring us refills. I would never go back just because of the horrible service and comments.

We went to the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Yucaipa, had a terrible experience. We arrived at 6:50 pm, so we went to the bar and had a drink while waiting for table and notice that a lot of tables were available, but had not been cleaned or some where just not occupied, so finally we got seated around 7:40 pm. Our waitress was pleasant, but we waited for our drinks for at least 30 min and we put our order in for food and waited almost 1 hr to receive our food once they brought the food it was cold assuming it was left sitting there for some time and they also for got my grandkids food so he had to wait 20 more minutes was cold so the had to reorder it , took forever just to get more drinks and we had order order a dessert and that took too long to get to us so we gave it to another table we had to leave and we needed up missing our movie this was the worst service I have ever had we will not be returning to that establishment ever again !

Came to get a to-go order, then decided I wanted to eat here and get some extra food and drinks, but apparently they do not allow that. I was faced with the option by the manager to sit down and get a beer and chips but that I cannot consume my to-go food here. This is the most mind boggling policy I’ve ever heard. They could have easily done a refund for the online order and switched to a live dine in order but not even that option was presented. I’m very disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings location, I wanted to support the business here but it’s unfortunate this situation happened, hope y’all can rectify it.
