  Some of the worst service I've experienced in quite some time. Ordered online just a 20pc wings and fries on a Saturday night. I knew I'd be there in about 30 minutes so I figured my order would be ready by then. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Mind you it wasn't busy as there was roughly 15 customers in the restaurant. The server that checked on me was nice and told me it was almost ready. I usually don't mind waiting but I figured 30 minutes would've been enough time. I timed how long it took from me placing the order to me receiving it and it was about 55 minutes. There were 2 other people who were also there and waited quite some time too. Then after about half an hour, the board with all the names of the mobile orders completely wiped and no one had any info on anyone's orders. Then a different server came out, asked who's order was who, tossed my food on the counter and gave an underhanded apology. I checked my food to make sure everything was correct and she gave me a dirty look. To my surprise the order was correct but the fries were old and lukewarm. The wings were okay but definitely not worth the experience I had. It's not uncommon since every BWW I've been to has been a miserable experience and this was no different. I've given them enough chances and will not be returning to any BWW in the future.

  Darcy was amazing. She is the regional manager and helped us make our selections then refused to take a tip and handed us off to a server at the location but continued to check in on us and answer any questions we had. The endless app deal was a great value and the buffalo lemon pepper wings were amazing. Definitely recommend stopping by for a drink and a meal and just enjoying your night here. Will be back again and looking for Darcy. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

  I was very disappointed with my first visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I walked in the door the find 3 other parties waiting to be sat in front of me. Despite several staff members walking through the area, no one acknowledged us, welcomed anyone, or said, “we’ll be with you in a minute”. Everyone was ignored. After finally being sat, it took 10 minutes for someone to even come to our table. After ordering food, it took 25 minutes to get 2 orders of 6 wings. My son’s order was correct, mine was not. I never saw any staff member smile at anyone, everyone seemed unhappy. Food was okay - disappointing visit over all.

  if I could give the service 0 stars, I would. After eating there 3x, we will never be back. I think the biggest problem is the management!! They obviously have never managed a high paced restaurant atmosphere before. Everytime we have been there, the wait was a minimum of 1 hour to get our food and everytime we do finally get our food, its been sitting there for a long time!! Today, when we asked where our food was , the server literally rolled her eyes to another server.. It's such a shame. We love your Havasu location.. Do better YUCAIPA!! It's time for corporate to step in and turn this place around.

  The food was almost perfect. Our order did come out wrong but was fixed once we finally tracked down our waitress. Our entire party of 6’s food came out cold but the taste was there. Our biggest issue was with the service we received. Samantha and Arianna assisted us last night. We were served the first wave of food without silverware and were waiting for about 5 minutes until my friend decided to eat his salad with his hands because he was so hungry. Shortly after, walked up to the server’s station to ask for silverware and water refills. We waited for an additional 10-15 minutes for the rest of the food. It came out cold making it seem like it should have been served with the first round of food that arrived earlier. During this time, our waitress Samantha was busy bussing tables, talking to coworkers, and tending to nearby tables. We typically had to track her down, ask other servers, and walk back to the servers station to get help. Arianna took over and closed out our tabs which also took an extended amount of time. Overall, very disappointed with the service and we are hoping this new location is able to iron out the wrinkles.
