  I've always been a big fan of Subway, but the ladies that work here around noon are the loveliest ladies I've ever met. They are always very kind and quick with my order😁

  DO NOT COME HERE. I have been a loyal customer at this location for 17 years but after today’s experience I am beyond disappointed. I placed an online order and arrived to find my sandwich hadn’t been started yet- totally fine, it happens! I politely asked the staff member if she could swap the bread to wheat instead of white since the order was still pending. Despite the fact that she hadn't even touched the bread yet, she flat out refused and said she “couldn’t change it” because of the online order. Then I asked for extra sweet onion sauce, a standard request I’ve always made there, and she told me NO claiming they aren't allowed to do that. This was particularly ridiculous considering I had already opted out of so many other toppings (no lettuce, pickles, onions, cucumbers, or salt). Again, I’ve come here for nearly 2 decades and I always ask for the extra sauce. She continued to be rude, condescending, and had a major attitude throughout the entire interaction. There is a complete lack of common sense and hospitality at this store now. After 17 years of coming here, I expected much better than being treated like a nuisance for a simple request!!! I walked out of the store and won’t be back.

  I visited this Subway location today and had a very disappointing experience. The two employees working there, who were both Indian women, were rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. When I was ordering my sandwich and asking for toppings, the employee making my food seemed annoyed and gave me attitude the whole time with no greeting or basic customer service. Both employees were also looking at each other and reacting in a way that made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. On top of that, the employee preparing food was not dressed appropriately for a workplace and was wearing gym shorts, which did not look professional for a food service environment. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this Subway location.
