  Chronically slow service. Lived in the area 5 years, it's never improved. Ordered a cheeseburger meal today, got it wrong twice. No pickles or onions either time. Wasn't worth waiting for a 3rd attempt after the manager rolled her eyes at me when I brought the food back the first time.

  Ordered a happy meal on the mobile app and had to wait 45 minutes after I arrived because the employees can't do anything in a timely manner. The manager was behind the counter and absolutely no help. After the 3rd time of asking what my order is they should have simply thrown a happy meal together but I had to wait another 30 minutes before someone finally did their job. In total it was an hour between placing the online order and when I received the food.

  I don't think $20 an hour minimum wage was a good idea. I stopped in to get a small steak bagel, and they wanted $8.70!!! I drove 1 mi down the road to Huckleberry's restaurant and got a tremendous plate of biscuits and sausage gravy for $8.50. I will never spend another dime at McDonald's with their prices so outrageous.

  I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. The service was absolutely terrible. We went through the drive-through, and the person taking our order told us she was new. We were patient and understanding while she took our order, but when we got to the pickup window, we realized several items were missing or incorrect. When we politely asked about the missing items, the employee handing out the food was extremely rude. Then a manager came over and told us we were holding up the line, even though the mistakes were not our fault. Instead of helping fix the order, they shut the window in our face. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional and frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new employees, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. I hope management works on better training and treats customers with more respect.

  Wow, 30minute trip to McDonalds. I usually order through the app but unfortunately that wasn’t working. 20minutes just to get to the speaker with 2 vehicles ahead of me. When I finally received my food the fries were cold and stale so yet I still had to park to get out and get fresh fries. The manager seemed more worried about closing the store than servicing the drive thru or helping the crew. And to top off the cold food, and the bad management resulting in the bad service they even gave me the wrong pie🤦🏽‍♀️!!
