Fortunately, their burgers are so awesome they were good even cold. Last night the delivery driver tried to make excuses immediately upon entering my gate. When I got in the house, I was disappointed to find our food cold. We are not unfit or overweight by any means. But we order approximately 7 to 8 times a month lately. Very disappointed in the app. Will give it one more try tonight. Saturday, October 12. Update 10-18-25; Wayback stepped up big time and made this right. The last few deliveries have been less than 15 minutes. And the food was hot and awesome. I love their burgers. And I’m so happy they resolved it. Planning on ordering again tonight.

We called the store to provide feedback on our experience and the person who answered said “what do you want me to do about it.” Thank god for the air fryer I guess.
